EXCERPT: "I'll never forget when I was on the Bald Eagle opening day, about four or five years ago, and nothing was working. I looked toward the tail of the pool and saw a couple of flashes and saw a couple of midges coming off. So I tied one of these on—opening day—and there were fifteen people circling that pool. Well I caught five trout, one after another. Finally a guy next to me says, "Hey fella, there's another pool just upstream. Why don't you go up there?"

This tying video segment is from Practical Fly Patterns That Catch Trout, Volume Two, with Charlie Meck and Eric Stroup (Tightline Productions, DVD, 56 minutes).
