Marnie Stallings of Alpine, Wyoming has agreed to pay back the $10,000 she stole from the Jackson Hole chapter of Trout Unlimited. "Prosecutor Melissa Owens said the 300 hours of community service Stallings agreed to perform might be the largest amount she’s ever requested but that was what Trout Unlimited representatives wanted."
