Utah Shuts Down Stream Fishing on Most Private Land

Despite a groundswell of opposition from anglers' groups and stream access rights advocates, the Utah legislature passed House Bill 141 on Wednesday, deciding in favor of private property owners who felt that public easements diminished their property values.
