New Gear: "Technical" Cotton

Cotton bolls ready for harvest

Looks like the cotton industry isn't giving up so easily when it comes to competing with sheep and plastics recyclers in the "technical performance" department. Longworth Industries, parent company of Polarmax, has joined forces with cotton advocate Cotton Incorporated to produce the first wicking cotton fabric.


Will we be wearing cotton long johns again under our technical waders this summer?
