Catching a total of eight permit on fly won Doug Berhman the top spot in the 2007 Del Brown Invitational Tournament, which was held July 16, 17 and 18 in Key West, Florida. Berhman fished with Little Torch Key guide Deigo Roullye. Warren Hinrichs, the defending champion, and guide Kris Suplee came in second with six permit. Warren and Kris also caught the largest fish, which was 31 inches (pictured at right); they lost a much larger fish on the afternoon of the third day.
