Visit Craig, Montana anytime in the summer and you'll find yourself awash in fly fishing culture, if only because 90 percent of the visitors there are fly fishing the upper Missouri below Holter Dam, one of the most reliable fishing spots in the state. Even the thick fleece-lined jackets have a perverse retail appeal." James Larcombe draws a nice vignette in the Great Falls Tribune.
