Bronzeworker Jim Brothers noted an interesting fact about his sculpture of Dwight Eisenhower, who made the final decision about when to send troops into the maelstrom of D-Day. Deciding that he must talk with the individual troops first, Eisenhower touched on an unlikely subject. "At one point, Brothers said, Eisenhower and the men 'were talking about fishing in Michigan.
