Women are finding that life as a professional fly fishing guide can be both rewarding and surprisingly busy. "Marla Blair remembers the days in the early 1990s when she waded into the Farmington River in Barkhamsted, fly rod in hand. 'I didn't see another woman on the river,' she said.
