Another Mining Failure Threatens Westslope Cutthroat

Selenium contamination of the headwaters of the Clarks Fork river is threatening more native cutthroat trout in Montana. "Seven years after the Beal Mountain Mine near Anaconda shut its doors, officials are still struggling to complete the cleanup at what was once touted as an environmentally friendly cyanide heap leach mine."
