In an effort to increase cutthroat trout populations on the South Fork of the Snake River, Idaho has adopted a recommendation that rubs against traditional fly-fishing mores. “'In the fly fishing world, all these years we've been trained and programmed for catch-and-release fishing,' [South Fork Lodge manager Shaun] Lawson said.
