Lower Keys Flush With Permit

The most impressive thing about the results of this past weekend's Mercury Southernmost Light-Tackle Anglers Masters was the number of permit seen. "[Tournament director Gary] Ellis said teams reported schools of up to 100 permit roving the flats. Bill Cullen caught and released six. Two anglers on Capt.
