Here's an enjoyable piece on the myths and realities of the "dream job," which Men's Journal's Eric Messinger says applies to guiding in the Florida Keys. But it's not all ecstasy, according to veteran guide Tim Hoover. "'I'm poling 1,500 pounds around all day,' Hoover says.
