Hickory Shad Above Breached Embrey Dam

Gotta love it when a plan comes together. Technicians with the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries have already found shad preparing to spawn above the location of the breached Embrey Dam on the Rappahannock River in Virginia.
