Del Brown Dies

Sadly, Del Brown passed away yesterday. I just got the news this morning.

Del was one of my better fishing clients. More than that, he was a generous human being, had a perceptive and innovative way of looking at the world around him, and did things for the sport of saltwater flyfishing what few would have the inclination or doggedness to do. He will be missed not only because of what he contributed, but also because he almost never did interviews or wrote articles but shared what he knew only with those lucky enough to fish with him or run into him in the parking lot.

Thanks, Del. Hope your Snoodle comes in handy up there.
